About
Cassidy Post is a Wyoming-based artist, illustrator, and educator whose work is inspired by the wildlife, wildflowers, and landscapes of the Mountain West. Growing up traveling to National Parks with her family, she developed a lasting connection to animals, outdoor spaces, and the shared responsibility of caring for the land.
Working across paintings, murals, illustration, and community-based projects, Cassidy creates colorful, whimsical imagery rooted in regional plants, animals, and place. Her work often connects art with broader themes such as conservation, science, and stewardship, translating complex ideas into visual experiences that feel welcoming and accessible to diverse audiences.
At the heart of her practice is an interest in belonging—how art and shared creative experiences can help people feel connected to place, to others, and to themselves. Influenced by experiences of navigating identity and finding connection through nature and creativity, she aims to create work that fosters curiosity, reflection, and a sense of wholeness within community spaces.
